Deposit Requirement:

A non‑refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your total balance on the day of service.

Full payment is due at the time of your appointment. Both cash and cards are accepted, with a 2% surcharge applied to card transactions.

A strict 10‑minute grace period is provided, with standard late fees automatically applied after 5 and 10 minutes of lateness.

No-Show Cancellation:

Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late without prior communication will result in the immediate cancellation of your session.

Guest Restrictions:

To maintain a calm, clean, and hygienic salon environment, no extra guests or visitors are permitted in the studio.
